I. Overview
A low-molecular-weight ammonium salt dispersant used in aqueous systems, especially suitable for the dispersion of titanium dioxide and fillers (such as calcium carbonate), which can significantly improve the concentration and stability of the pigment and filler dispersion. The surface of the filler particles is surrounded by a layer of electric charge, so that the particles repel each other, so as to achieve the effect of stabilizing the slurry.
Chemical and physical parameters
Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid
Solid content: 40±1%
Viscosity (25C): 40-100mPa?s
pH: 7.0-9.0
Solubility: easily soluble in water
Two, product performance
A small amount of addition can have excellent effects, shorten the grinding and dispersion time, can significantly increase the concentration of the pigment and filler dispersion, improve the storage stability of the dispersion, and reduce the occurrence of precipitation. It can be widely used in papermaking, ceramics, textiles, etc. Industry (such as the presence of sodium ions will cause adverse reactions, sodium salt dispersant cannot be used).
Three. How to use
This product does not need to be diluted and is directly added to the pigment to be dispersed. The amount used is determined by the user's requirements, and the usual amount is 0.1-0.5% of the amount of pigment.
IV. Packaging and storage
1 This product is packed in 200L plastic drums, with a net weight of 250±1Kg per drum or according to user requirements.
2. Stored at 5-30℃, the shelf life is 6 months.
